SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped using Royal mail 2nd class, we aim to dispatch orders the same day if placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) & the following day if placed after 1pm.
Please note that all decorative candles are made to order & require a few extra days to be made
Orders are only processed Monday - Friday
You will receive an email notification once it has been dispatched.

If your parcel does not arrive within 10 working days, please notify me so I can raise a claim with royal mail and re-issue your parcel. unfortunately, I cannot intervene before this time.

​We offer free local delivery within 3 miles of Thame
Click & collect is available between 9am-6pm from 5 Henge court Thame, once your order is ready you will receive a confirmation email & a message to arrange collection
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you're completely satisfied & happy with your order, but in the event that your goods are damaged during postage you have the right to return your un-used goods within 14 days for a full refund. Any returns postage costs are at the return of the customer. We do request that photos are sent to us of any damages caused so we are able to raise a claim with the courier.
